How do I change my address?

Simple! Just download our Change of Address form, then print and mail or fax it to our office.

What happens when I retire or quit my hotel job?

Once you are a member with HTIFCU, you are a member for life.  Even if you retire, change your profession or move, you are still able to enjoy the same benefits of membership as always.  We even offer great retirement products, like IRAs and IRA Certificates.  Ask us for more info.

How much does it cost to open a new account?

To join, you must open your Share Account with a $25 opening deposit.  You may join the credit union for only $5 (when you set up a direct deposit or payroll deduction), but must reach a $25 balance within the first 6-months of opening your account.

Does HTIFCU offer Business Loans?

At this time, we do not.

Are children able to join HTIFCU?

Yes, but a parent must be a joint member on the account if they are below the age of 18.

Is the credit union open on holidays?

HTIFCU is closed on all federal holidays, including:

  • New Years Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran’s Day

How many branches do you have?

We have one branch located at 1914 S.
